📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize shipment schedules using SAP or similar logistics software.
• Coordinate with vendors and drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.
• Track and manage freight costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding shipments.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.
• Proficient in using logistics management software such as SAP, JDE, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian logistics regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with fleet management and vehicle maintenance.
• Certification in logistics management or related field is a plus.
