KB Finansia Multi Finance is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Document Verification Officer to join our dynamic team in Kebayoran Lama, Jakarta. As a Credit Document Verification Officer, you will be part of our ADM Cempaka Mas team, working closely with our credit analysts and loan officers to verify and validate customer documentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify customer documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with credit analysts and loan officers to validate customer information.
• Ensure all documentation is complete and meets our strict standards.
• Conduct thorough checks on identity cards, tax documents, bank statements, and employment certificates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all verified documentation.
• Provide support to the credit team in resolving any discrepancies or issues with customer documentation.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices to ensure compliance.
• Work closely with the ADM Cempaka Mas team to ensure seamless integration of documentation processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Credit Analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit documentation verification or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with credit analysis processes and tools is a plus.
