📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Stock shelves and manage inventory using our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system
• Process customer transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Handle cash handling and reconcile daily sales reports
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Promote products and assist with special events and promotions
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills, particularly in using POS systems
• Familiarity with inventory management and cash handling procedures
• Friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg
• Ability to work part-time hours, including weekends and holidays
