📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the luxury apartment complex, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address and resolve any issues promptly.
• Manage resident services, including housekeeping, security, and concierge services.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
• Monitor and maintain the property's amenities and facilities.
• Handle resident inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to enhance resident satisfaction and loyalty.
• Participate in regular property inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and laws governing property management in Bali.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in luxury property management is a plus.
