As a Financial Planning & Analysis Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement financial plans, analyze market trends, and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will leverage tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis and a strong understanding of financial markets and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
Analyze market trends and economic indicators to forecast financial performance and identify opportunities.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making processes.
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics to ensure compliance with financial targets and standards.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to drive strategic initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in financial planning and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and reporting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Knowledge of financial markets, regulations, and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Certification in financial analysis (e.g., CPA, CFA, or CMA) is a plus.
Fluency in English and Indonesian.
