📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and infrastructure.
• Monitor and maintain building management systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for facility upgrades and renovations.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies to optimize resource use and reduce costs.
• Provide technical support to staff and ensure smooth operations of facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related role.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Familiarity with facility management software such as SAP or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
