PT Badan Our Family Bali is seeking a Finance Supervisor to lead financial operations in Kuta Selatan, Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee accounting processes, ensure compliance, and drive financial efficiency at one of Bali’s most dynamic organizations. You will manage a team of accountants, prepare financial reports, and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with Indonesian regulations.

As a Finance Supervisor, you will work closely with the management team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic insights. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure all financial transactions are accurate and compliant with Indonesian regulations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage a team of accountants, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and prepare for audits.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide strategic insights to the management team.
• Work with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.
• Monitor and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the accounting team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a dynamic and growing organization.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
