This is a unique 12-month contract opportunity to bridge the gap between IT, data teams, and HR, ensuring seamless operations and strategic alignment. In this role, you'll work closely with Danone's IT and data teams to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable HR strategies.

You'll leverage your expertise in HR and your deep understanding of IT and data functions to create a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Act as the primary HR liaison for IT and data teams, providing guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and data leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges, and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
• Design and implement HR programs and activities that enhance employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction within the IT and data teams.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, discipline, and grievance handling, to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes for IT and data roles, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to help employees grow and succeed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and IT, and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the HR team in Jakarta to ensure consistency and alignment in HR practices across Danone's operations in Indonesia.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee relations, recruitment, and performance management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, global environment, with a deep understanding of IT and data functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and drive results.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors, is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically as needed.
