📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate export shipping processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and freight forwarding
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements
• Monitor and optimize shipping schedules to meet customer deadlines and minimize costs
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of export operations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of export shipments using SAP and other relevant software
• Provide support and guidance to internal teams on shipping-related queries and issues
• Analyze shipping data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in export shipping and logistics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export shipping administration or a similar role
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
• Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and freight forwarding
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
