📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the quality of medical coding and documentation, ensuring adherence to international standards such as ICD-10 and CPT.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of coded data to identify and correct inaccuracies.
- Collaborate with coders, auditors, and healthcare professionals to maintain and improve coding accuracy rates.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance coding standards.
- Monitor and analyze coding trends and patterns to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to coding staff to ensure consistent application of coding guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of coding activities and quality metrics.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Coding, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in medical coding quality management.
- Certification in Medical Coding (e.g., CPC, CCS, or RCM-C).
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
- Experience with medical coding software such as McKesson, Eclipsys, or Allscripts.
- Proven track record of improving coding accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
