You'll be working in beautiful locations like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, where you can enjoy the island's natural beauty while making a positive impact.
Daily, you'll assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor their health, and ensure their safety and comfort. Using tools like our electronic health records system and our in-house developed care plans, you'll work closely with our registered nurses and therapists to deliver personalized care.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
- Administer medications as prescribed by registered nurses.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of residents in accordance with our care protocols.
- Participate in team meetings and staff training sessions.
- Document all care activities and resident interactions using our electronic health records system.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in healthcare or caregiving is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic first aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks as needed.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
