📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and bake a variety of artisan bread and pastries using traditional and innovative techniques.,Ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods by following recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.,Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.,Assist in inventory management by ordering and tracking ingredients.,Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.,Stay updated with the latest baking trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of baked goods.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product demonstrations and answering questions about baked goods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 2 years of experience as a baker or pastry chef in a professional kitchen.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.,Passion for baking and a desire to create delicious and innovative baked goods.
