📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to the management team.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role in the retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of marketing and sales strategies.,Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is a plus.
