📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of store staff, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocks to maintain optimal stock.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to ensure compliance.,Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify improvement areas.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and providing excellent service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant retail management software.,Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
