As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist customers with product selection and information.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Stock and organize merchandise to ensure a well-presented store.
  • Promote sales and special offers to customers.
  • Perform inventory checks and restocking as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Assist with store setup and breakdown for events or promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Basic computer skills are a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum is preferred.
