📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop job descriptions and requirements.
  • Source and screen potential candidates using various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and conduct interviews and assessments.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers on the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Bali.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
