📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding new employees.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Facilitate employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive work environment.,Handle employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular reviews and updates to HR processes and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
