📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of store staff, providing leadership and training as needed.,Develop and implement store strategies to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to drive store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and achieving sales targets.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Proficiency in using retail management software and data analysis tools.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior in Kulon Progo.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
