Diamond Quick Sejahtera is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.,Monitor client accounts to identify trends and issues, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to support sales efforts.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on client performance and sales progress.,Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
