📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Assist in managing inventory and ensuring stock levels are optimized.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high standards of service and sales.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Assist in organizing and participating in sales promotions and events.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail POS systems is a plus.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.
