Duta Gita Laundry is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Palopo. We are a growing laundry service provider and we are looking for a professional who can help us manage our human resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and a passion for creating a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures,Manage recruitment and onboarding processes,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution,Administer employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations,Manage employee training and development programs,Oversee payroll processing and administration

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Proven track record in managing HR functions,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus,Fluent in Indonesian and English
