🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching English to young children.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools, such as Proloquo2Go or Speechly.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) is a plus.
