📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Assistant Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and order restocking as needed.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in implementing sales promotions and marketing strategies.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met.,Support the Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail store management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
