Makmur Oka Bakso is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Area Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our bakso franchise while gaining valuable experience in the food and beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the bakso outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in inventory management and cost control.,Coordinate with the central office for supply and operational support.,Participate in regular meetings and team discussions to share insights and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing staff and improving operational efficiency.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian culinary practices and bakso preparation.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of basic accounting and financial management.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Hold a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
