📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the preparation and submission of financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Oversee the implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Lead the financial operations team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other key stakeholders.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in accounting and tax laws to ensure continuous compliance and optimization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting and tax, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with senior management and stakeholders.
