📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the design and construction of civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to project teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.,Prepare detailed project reports, including cost estimates, timelines, and resource requirements, and present them to stakeholders.,Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and ensure smooth project execution.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in civil engineering.,Mentor and train junior engineers and project teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior/lead role.,Professional engineering license (PE) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and construction management.,Proficient in using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
