📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the sales floor, ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers,Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register,Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns,Promote products and services to increase sales,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets,Assist in stocking and organizing merchandise,Participate in inventory counts and audits

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or sales environment,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes,Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
