🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and staffing.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and applicant tracking systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
