Village Quick Unggul is looking for a dedicated Cashier Accounting professional to join our team in Seminyak. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and cash handling, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.,Process payroll transactions, including direct deposits and checks, ensuring timely and accurate payments.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and other documentation.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations.,Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in cashier accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and with clients.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and records.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and remote collaboration tools.
