📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations,Support the recruitment process by coordinating with hiring managers and conducting interviews,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs,Handle employee benefits and compensation,Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Provide administrative support to the HR department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian HR practices and culture,Fluency in English and Indonesian
