📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Develop and implement menus that align with company goals and customer preferences.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Optimize kitchen workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.,Lead quality control and taste testing to maintain high standards.,Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Valid food handler's certificate and other relevant certifications.
