📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine their rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
• Provide hands-on treatment, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, lifestyle modifications, and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and progress notes accurately and thoroughly.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical physiotherapy setting.
• Professional certification from a recognized physiotherapy board, such as the Indonesian Physiotherapy Association (IAP).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.
• Excellent clinical skills and hands-on treatment techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
