📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily revenue transactions and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Process and verify invoices and payments, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets using tools like Excel and QuickBooks.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support the implementation of new financial processes and systems.
• Provide administrative support to the revenue operations team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a revenue or finance administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Bilingual in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
